The Fight to Protect Our Ports Isn’t Over – We Need Your Help

The South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) is still pushing its harmful Ports Indirect Source Rule. Now they have renamed it the “Infrastructure Rule" - but despite its new name, the Air District is still clearly seeking control over Port investments, operations, and emissions. opposition. Now, with the District's Staff re-labeling its prior efforts as a "new" proposal, we need to remind the Governing Board that we are still Opposed to the Port ISR - no matter what they call it.

  • Email the SCAQMD Board and urge them to reject this harmful rule.

  • Tell the Board that this policy will hurt working families, local businesses, and the future of our ports.

  • Make sure they understand our region needs real solutions, like a legally enforceable agreement, NOT misguided mandates that kill jobs, remove local control, and push cargo away from Southern California.
